Verifying your address

This is necessary if you want to manually claim payouts or see the status of your lease to LTOnod.es. Cancelling (all) leases to LTOnod.es will automatically trigger a payout of all remaining rewards.

1. Connect with Lloyd - our depressed telegram bot.

Go to telegram and connect with Lloyd. Start off by pressing /start

2. Register your address

In the telegram chat with Lloyd, type /register and enter your mainnet address. This is the address you want to lease from.

3. Verify your address

In the LTO web wallet, type /verify send a 0.01 LTO transfer to the LTOnod.es leasing address ( 3Jv111Z8F2TMV2pWyFLJnBuoQaysUUiLEAS) and make sure to include the exact code given to you by Lloyd in the attachment field.

Put your verification code in the "Attachment" field

Good to know: this code is just a randomly generated number, which was securely hashed. It will be visible on the lto mainnet, but there is no way for it to ever be connected to your specific telegram account.

4. Done!

Press /status to start following your specific stats, or /nodestatus for node stats. Lloyd will inform you of any changes to your wallet (leases, lease cancels, unbonding periods etc..), and you can follow the rewards you are earning real time!
